Ordinary general assembly / Extraordinary general assembly
Ordinary General Assembly
Except for the powers granted by the present statutes to the Executive Committee, the General Assembly has the power to adopt any decision within the objects of the Association. The General Assembly meets annually at the place and on the date fixed by the Executive Committee under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Committee or, failing this, of any other person designated by the Association.
Extraordinary General Assembly
An extraordinary General Assembly may be called at any time either by the Executive Committee or by members representing at least one tenth of the total membership of the Organization. It may adopt any decision proposed by the Committee or by those members requesting the meeting. The rules for convocation, representation, requisite majorities and the keeping of minutes, are the same as those for the ordinary General Assembly.
